Jason Scott is a Mycologist, Ethnobotanist, and Spagyricist with over a decade of experience in medicinal mushrooms, herbalism, and traditional Hermetic Alchemy. Born and raised in Oregon, Jason’s deep-rooted connection to the Pacific Northwest’s ecosystems has inspired a lifelong passion for the Fungal Queendom and plant medicine.
He has studied Ayurveda in Nepal, Western Herbalism across the Pacific Northwest, and a variety of global healing traditions—each shaping his unique, holistic approach to formulation. Jason is known for his work in bridging ancient alchemical principles with modern supplement manufacturing.
As the founder of Feral Fungi, Jason has contributed to notable publications such as Radical Mycology and Verdant Gnosis (Volume 3). He has taught throughout the United States and co-organized influential community gatherings, including the Radical Mycology Convergence and the Fungi Film Fest.
